It should be a hell of an offseason. Lots of bad blood brewing between these two fanbases. I love it.

This war was won before LSU even fired a shot.

LSU=Prime Ronald Reagan
A&M=USSR

There is no recovering from the embarrassment of having your self proclaimed best AD in your history stolen from you by a division rival. Especially in light of the bumped threads.

I'm not going to say that I'm not upset that we lost Woodward. But I'll say it's not the end of the world. A&M has their football and basketball coaches under contract for a while. And Scott went home. Can't blame him for that.

I'm confident they will hire a guy from a big time school who likes the appeal of having an open check book. Last 3 A&M ADs have come from Power 5 schools. I expect that the next will follow suit.

I dont want to come off as harsh, but when has A&M ever shown an ability for legitimate, extended success? I just dont see anything in your history that points to a culture that allows for it. Woodward didn't just go home. He left an open checkbook and A&M.

It was heated over Johnny Hector and then Harvey Williams.

When Jackie was running around with one hundred dollar bills falling out of his pocket

Those of us who were there remember.

LSU has always been a "rival" and it's a healthy one. We want beat LSU on the field and give them hell for it over a beer.

It's not a situation where we want them all dead so our University can be properly funded by the legislature. That type of relationship is as much of a "rivalry" al queda is a rival to the U.S.

This is the dumbest kind of logic.

Florida never finished in the top 10 before 1983 so they'll never be any good.
