I know a guy who has an intricate knowledge of Virginia Tech's current roster and how they play in the NCAA Tournament.

Yea there is no way that happens.
Aggie is going to give Buzz $4-4.5M or something. Buzz currently makes $3M. There is zero chance Virginia Tech matches it.
