He's a good coach, but the grind got to him at Ohio State with his health issues. He basically has his ankle fused and it doesn't bend. Has trouble standing and can't travel a lot, due to pain. Affected recruiting, etc.

Thad Matta is the one that got Bruce Pearl in trouble. That would make the Auburn/Bama basketball series interesting.

I am down for that. He is a quality coach that wrecked shite in the B1G. If he has resolved his health issues, who has a better resume in the SEC today than Matta? Maybe 1 coach, and we know what part of Kentucky he is in.
