The rumor mill is flooded re: BUZZ to Texas A&M

Good luck to all y’all who have teams advancing to the NCAAs!

I’ve repeatedly said that I’m envious as heck of schools/fans who get to experience March Madness on the reg; hopefully A&M is making moves that will soon earn us some hoops respectability as well.

With each day it’s looking more like AD Scott Woodward has his sights set on Williams.
Time will tell if there’s any fire behind all o’ this smoke.

Texas A&M needs a new basketball coach, and the Aggies apparently have their eyes set on Buzz Williams.

According to Evan Daniels, Williams, who currently coaches at Virginia Tech, is the “strong favorite” to replace Billy Kennedy after he was fired.

This would be a great get for the Aggies if they’re able to steal Buzz Williams away from the Hokies. He’s been successful wherever he’s gone.
