The point is this ISN'T about the NCAA yet at all, so why make it into an NCAA issue? He cant talk about things until he is heard out with the subpoena, so there's literally no reason to back him into a corner and ask him to talk when he quite literally cant. Just finish out the season and let him go state things on the record. The NCAA is going to do what they're going to once that comes. Doesnt matter what they do to him right now. What did getting ahead do for Missouri and Ole Miss football recently? Congrats on still getting squashed by the NCAA.

why can't he talk to LSU officials? He, nor any member of LSU's staff, is under the FEDS investigation.

This just isn’t true. The only reason he would potentially give up a multimillion dollar job that I can understand to avoid being interviewed by his superiors about a public concern is if he has legal liability attached.
