Daniel/texag7 is a known liar.
Least credible person here.

It's funny you say that. At the bottom of the aggy election website welcome page, there's this gem that makes Longhorns, Bears, Red Raiders and NCAA investigators spit Dr Pepper through their nostrils.
We've all seen it before but the cult chant continues...

Geez.
I’m not sure there’s enough combined give-a-darn in the world for me to ever actually visit a UTex student body election website.
But you do you, RD.

Just like there isn’t enough give a damn for the rest of us sec fans to care about A&M playing little brother to Texas

But you need the funding and you can't upset your new conference.
Aggie could go 5 years without funding and be richer than all of us. I don’t like Texas A&M thanks to my in-laws, but the institution is loaded with money. They’re content financially with what the SEC offers. Texas needs this from a perception standpoint. Aggie doesn’t. They play Bama and LSU every year
Aggie is winning on the trail. If that continues, Texas stays second fiddle

This isn't about athletic funding.
It is about the money A&M gets every year per student.
A lot lower than Texas. Don't like aggy fool you...They are not as rich as they claim and not as powerful.
They desire this because of Texas.
Perception.
Perception didn't keep Oklahoma out of the CFP.
Texas still recruited to a higher level than aggy. If Texas is anywhere close to the CFP they will get in.
Only aggy thinks that leaving hurt Texas.
Truth is it made Texas and Oklahoma more powerful as they will determine the future of College Football if they decide to leave the Big 12.
Whatever conference ends up with both instantly cements themselves as the most powerful conference when the music stops.

Aggy is so rich they needed a $16 million loan from the university to pay their bills, left the Big 12 because they were fricking broke and needed a lifeline, and had to strongarm their administration to adopt a forced student fee to help pay off stadium debt, and relied on brainwashed Brazos County voters to adopt a hotel occupancy tax to also back their sizeable debt.
Now their academic funding is falling behind because they decided to admit 75 percent of applicants and become a diploma mill.
So no, they actually are not satisfied with SEC funding; they pray to God it can keep up with their white-trash spending.
OH, and aggy legislators keep filing bills at the state Capitol to force the game to continue.

You seem like a sweet gal, but your continued stalking of my posts with your critiques about how little you care has grown boring.
You need to get like Kaiser and unleash a few "frick yous" my way to kind of spice things up, darlin'.

You've posted on the SEC Rant 79 times in February, and 75 of those have been about Texas A&M in some form or fashion.

Herman can't afford to lose the state in recruiting again.
Totally. Not sure how we will survive with another dismal number three recruiting class...
Kidding aside, the fact that the aggy student body wants the game isn’t surprising, nor is the vitriol of the vocal minority of aggy posters who are so opposed to renewing it. WestCostAg, texag7, Ole Sarge, etc. know one thing and one thing for sure- they can not afford to lose to us yet again. The embarrassment would be too great for their brains to comprehend. It is this fear of losing, and nothing else, that fuels their arguments against renewing the rivalry.
Teams like Florida schedule Florida State, the Gamecocks play Clemson, even Kentucky schedules Louisville, but the aggy on here are so afraid of a loss that they will scream and holler anything to avoid playing their former masters.
There is not a single fan base in America with a community of keyboard warriors so vehemently opposed to playing another team.
Fear is a stinky cologne.
