There is nothing to do. All you see is sugar cane fields and cotton. Have you ever driven down 82? How about at night? Have you seen all the bugs?
Have you smelled the mighty Mississippi?
Jackson?
What about Starkville? Oxford? All shite holes!
I wish there was a portal to bypass Mississippi.

I get that. There are no decent cities in Mississippi beyond the coast

The last thing we need is to become a liberal haven like Austin and the rest of Texas is becoming

Watch your mouth . I live on 82
Away from having to deal with people like you on a daily basis. Lived in city for majority of my life... now I enjoy living in the country

The coast of MS is a disgrace to the rest of the Gulf Coast

Besides cleaner water due to the barrier islands/MS Sound, there’s almost no distinct difference

Actually, I enjoyed visiting Elvis's childhood home in Tupelo. It's unbelievable that his dad defaulted on the home mortgage that he bought for $2,700 back in the late '30's.

Alabama's beaches and waters are the cleanest in the country

my roommate had a couple girls from jackson stay with us one weekend for a mixer. one of them pissed in our sink and missed badly, all over both of our toothbrushes.
the other we found the next morning curled up in the fetal position inside the bottom of our refrigerator. she was sweating like a whore in a church

Not Tennessee. We just have hills and shitty gas stations with disgusting bathrooms

Subtle “I ventured outside the state of Alabama for the first time in my life” brag.
