Yeah, force out an OC that produced consecutive top 20 offenses. Real Smart

It's obvious Smart wanted him gone.

There goes Sam Pittman as well as theyre a package deal

Pittman will stay at UGA. GUARANTEED

It’s not that, UT just made him a top paid assistant and UGA Didn’t match, from what I read.
I saw 5 mil for 3 years which is an overpay for Chaney.
Regardless of where we finished ranking wise, the guy had very suspect games in the 3 biggest games we played this year.

Dowdle is an officially paid mouthpiece for Georgia so of course he's going to say nice things. He's not a random podcast guy or "look at me" radio host.

Chaney will be good for rebuilding Tennessee. Cheney was a good, limited time first year hire by Kirby. But please don’t mistake Chaney as being a great OC. CKS making Coley the Co-OC last year was a sign

Chaney is a quality OC. Maybe you can rehire ole Brian Shotty. He would be better than Coley.

You’re so wrong.

Does anyone really think a OC would leave UGA for Tenner if he wasn't asked to? Kirby gave him the opportunity to save face. We have someone in mind, guaranteed.

If he hates Kirby, loves Knoxville and gets a big raise? Absolutely.

Boy toucher Coob_Dawg offering his take, when nobody fricking asked for it, per the usual.

An Ark fan should know this is not the case at all.

Yeah, UGA has to be a dumpster fire now. OC gets “demoted” and I’m sure nobody will want to come in and coach the lackluster talent on the UGA roster. I am terrified.

I'd comment on how much Cobb Dawg sucks, but I already did on my "other account" ;) ;)
That's how this works, right? "Being" V&S? Hmm, Cobby, ole buddy?

Well, weren't they at tenner together to begin with. Then they both came to Arkansas, Chaney leaves Arkansas.. goes to Pittsburgh for 1 year, then Pittman leaves and follows Chaney to GA.
Tenner, Arkansas, GA...
The amusing bond between new Georgia offensive coordinator Jim Chaney and new Bulldogs offensive line coach Sam Pittman was reflected recently when Chaney was asked about the influence he had in luring Pittman from Arkansas.
“Not much,” Chaney said. “I tried to convince him to stay. I didn’t want him around here. He’s a pain in the butt.”
Chaney and Pittman are coaching together at their third Southeastern Conference program. The two had their same roles at Tennessee in 2012 and at Arkansas for the 2013 and 2014 seasons. While Pittman remained at Arkansas last year, Chaney left the SEC for what turned out to be a one-year stint as Pittsburgh’s offensive coordinator.
Not so sure man. Seems like a habit the first three times... Fourth a charm?
