I think some of you may be shocked to see what Kyler is capable of doing in this Lincoln Riley-led offense.
He's a serious prick, but the guy is absolutely electric and a quality QB.
There was a stat during the lead-up to the Heisman Trophy presentation that said he's only been off target on 9% of his throws this year (which was 2nd in P5) while being top 5 among P5 QBs in air yards per attempt.

So, Bama jams the wrs, gets pressure without blitzing/stops the run on the way and Murray all of a sudden looks like he has never seen a football in his life.
Meanwhile Bama destroys OU in the trenches and 3 of their backs go over 100 for the day.
This is a horrible match up.

The Oklahoma OL is pretty good at pass protection and the WRs run good patterns. Murray is accurate too.

If Murray carves up this Bama defense I will come on here and E salute the hell out of him but he is going to be shocked at playing a team that uses proper tackling technique and playing against DB’s that don’t play fifteen yards off the line of scrimmage. Yes I know Murray will get his yards and points but he will not abuse our defense like he abused Big 12 defenses.
