It's ok, but I'm tired of this Uniform of the Week stuff.
I like the tribute aspect of this, but in the stands that helmet will just look like a black helmet with a gold blob on it.
And no one gets the "Claw Marks". Go to a stripe, or none at all.

I like the honoring of the fallen soldiers quite a bit.
I'm in the black top with gold lettering, gold pants, black helmets with Block M camp myself but then again I want Arkansas to wear our old uniforms as well.
That having been said, the hideous uniforms you wore against Florida seemed to work so maybe drag those out more often.

The state seal is a solid look IMO. Needs one of these on the back to really set it off
