Reasons Saban isn't going anywhere

1. Belichick is the highest paid NFL coach. Estimates of his salary are between $10-12.5M per year. Bama boosters could easily close that gap. The risk-reward ratio just isn't in favor of him making the move. He'd have to see some sort of $150M parachute to consider restarting in Cleveland.
2. Saban is old. Old people don't like the cold and Cleveland has plenty of that.
3. Saban has grandkids down here. Not that he's necessarily going to let family drive his career plans, but how much of the extra cash he gets is going to be spent on travel to see kids or relocating them to Cleveland. Like it or not, Saban is supporting his own little team at home.
4. If Saban wins 1-2 more NC at Bama, he will be the closest thing to the Messiah as lives on this earth. Not even close to true in Cleveland, regardless of his success. While some people claim to know, most have no idea the depths of devotion that exist for Bear and Nick.
5. If Saban leaves, what happens to the Mercedes dealership? While Bama fans might not burn it down (* no promises), it definitely takes a nose dive.
I've seen stupid money spent before, so I won't say never. But I think all this talk just ends with him a fatter contract in Tuscaloosa. I'd be surprised if he left.

The living heart donors would likely tear up their contracts.
Having many living heart donors is probably what will keep CNS at Bama.
I doubt Browns fans would be that committed.

Nick has more money than he can give away now. He has complete control of the football operations and every other sport if we are being honest. There is no upside to leaving. None. He only has to win one more to be considered all time goat. This year and 3-4 more and have a number that can’t be matched.
So forget the NFL. Or anywhere else.

Do you really expect me not to push you up against the wall, biatch?

You left out the most compelling reason. Saban isn't going to be subservient to any general manager when it comes to football operations. The only way he might go back to the pros is if he is the GM and the Head Coach.

Lynn Swann new GM for Cleveland.

If Saban ever goes back to the NFL it would be for one reason, which is to prove he can win in the NFL. If he ever tries it again, it damn sure won't be at some NFL outpost like Cleveland.

Ahh, yet another Gump who didn't read Saban's book.

I could see it under one circumstance. If he was getting ready to retire anyway and the perfect situation came along, he might give it one more shot.
But I highly doubt he is going anywhere.

Is he afraid the attention to the Bama Bias might reveal something?

Saban isn’t going to the NFL. And certainly not to one of the worst-ran NFL franchises.

I have no idea whether he’s considering a move, but if he is, I seriously doubt that a f’ing car dealership even enters the equation.

You put way too much thought into responding to a troll.

Trust me, I want him gone more than anybody.......but he would be insane to leave Bama for ANYTHING else.
He is considered more than a God there; winning is just about in cruise control and he makes more money than he could ever need.
The only things that might start to wear on him are the unrealistic expectations from Bama fans to win a NC EVERY YEAR and possibly the fact that his stint in the pro's was a failure (his biggest reason).
But, once again, crazy to leave.
His winning in college is based on the machine that he built, there isn't really any parity with anybody other than a couple of teams. And he will go out on top.
In the pros, he has to win with his system and X/O's only; you see how that worked the first time around. And there are the attitudes to deal with that he can't keep in check.
