They shouldn't be. Honestly no matter how things fall, LSU will be the best defense we play all year.
If LSU wins, that defense will carry them all the way.
If Bama wins with a decent number of points, it will prove they can score a ton on anyone else.

That was a rainy day, pretty sloppy game. The stat line doesnt look good, but Ms State has a very good D line (maybe better than bama's). The weather forced us to play a game that ms state wanted to play (rushing in the trenches), and we still won easily.

It's a tall task beating Bama I'm realistic, but the MSU game was the first time LSU was in just a "win and survive" mode. Remember all other games LSU was the dog. Team was tired, coming off a gigantic win, next game was Bama. State is no slouch, so any win as ugly as it was I take.
