Maybe they meant public speaking?

I don’t even remember the last time Auburn fans posted on this board

They are a delusional bunch

The right thing is for Gus to start a dual threat QB, agreed.
The bad thing is, Auburn doesn’t have one, and Auburn needs to find one that can transfer in.

Totally system dependent. Marshall obviously a much better QB in the offense Gus really wants to run.

Stidham is the biggest bust since Jevan Snead

Didn’t hurt that you have a heisman candidate RB running for 200 a game

I said this a while back and I’ll say it again:
Auburn’s best offenses under Gus Malzahn (as both OC and HC) were 2010, 2013, 2014 and 2017. Three of the four seasons had a true dual threat at QB.
IMO, having a dual threat QB back there can make up for other parts of the offense that are lacking. Like, for example, (1) no TE in the red zone (2) limited passing routes (3) predictable play calling (4) limited play variations per specific personnel alignments (5) nonexistent deviation of “group think” within the offense (Gus only hires his guys) and (6) mediocre-bad OL play.
Of course, you could go on, but I’ll stop there.
I think this offense has done a disservice to a lot of players, but none more than Jarrett Stidham and Sean White.

Any longer and Gus will make them worse.

I hope Mullen can do a better job using passing QBs then Gus. Gus needs a athlete who can run at QB more then he needs a passer.

Does Merlins have any more laptop stealing QBs fixing to get booted outta da Swamp?

His passing yards last season are second most passing yards in Auburn history.
He's fallen victim to Gus and how Gus destroys QB's.

Jarrett Stidham has incredible potential, but he plays behind a poor offensive line and gets absolutely nothing out of the abysmal coaching at Auburn.

Gus coaches Marshal 2 years and he was excellent in both.
People will not see what is right in front of them. Gus can’t Run a Consistent offense without a running quarterback. Whether that quarterback is a power quarterback or a speed quarterback, he needs to have the ability to run.
I have never understood the Fanbase wanting more of a balanced offense. Who gives a shite how you get the yards as long as you get them. Our 2013 offense was the best offense Auburn has ever had.

Baylor 2015: 10 games, 75/109, 68.8%, 1,265 yds, 11.6 ypc, 12 TD's, 2 INT's, 199 QBR
Auburn 2017: 14 games, 246/370, 66.5%, 3,158 yds, 8.5 ypc, 18 TD's, 6 INT's. 151 QBR
Auburn 2018: 6 games, 101/168, 60.1%, 1,177, 7.0 ypc, 5 TD's, 2 INT's
He's gotten statistically worse since coming to Auburn. And he's under a coach who won't develop a real passing scheme for him. Quick screens with the occasional Hail Mary.
