Stands for "Nasty Wide Outs" right? Also has a cheesy late 90's wrestling belt to go along with it.
Is it just me or is this so unoriginal that it is cringeworthy and shows very little imagination.

All sideline items like this are cringey, be they chains or robes or thrones or trashcans or whatever. This one is no worse than the others.
