As an LSU fan im hoping they fall flat on their faces. BUT one of Saban’s disciples probably gets promoted to the Head Coaching job.

Either way you slice it, once he is gone recruiting will take a step back and CFB will be more of a fair game.

His recruiting is so easy that kids come running to Bama because he doesn’t even have to make an effort to get the kids he wants. They know if they go to Bama they will win atleast 1 CFB championship.

Like alot of these Louisiana recruits that go to Bama, they are just shallow minded and only see the rings. I’d rather be on the team to dethrone the bully, but majority of these boys want to be with the bully.

Re: Louisiana “kids.”

It might just be possible the Louisiana players don’t want anything to do with the disorganized, unruly, laughable, three-act comedy play that has been going on in Baton Rouge...for a LONG time.

Oh...and it is still going on.

lol what kind of mindless shite is this? Saban works harder than anybody on the recruiting trail, that’s why he’s good at it. He doesn’t just roll out offers and have the top 25 players in the country line up at the athletic facility to commit. It’s 2018 and these are coddled 18 year olds. You think it’s easy to convince an 18 year old five star to come ride the pine for 2 years?

Or maybe they think NIck Saban will do the best job at making them a better fit all player, since many have NFL aspirations.

Of course you would. You’re an LSU fan and clearly incapable of viewing the decision process through the lens of an elite recruit, and only through the simple eyes of you the fan. I’m sure you felt the same way in 2003 when LSU was the bully.

They want to play on a team with solid coaching, a stable foundation, a proven system in place. They want o play for a HC that is not set in his ways, and that is willing to adapt to the ever changing environment of college football. They want the guarantee opportunity to play for championships at the highest level and for the best coach in college football. How is that shallow minded?

Yeah, cause what smart person would not want to go somewhere where they can compete for championships?

Let's be honest, in your mind the only smart guys are the ones who go to LSU.

I took it for granted when LSU beat Alabama every season I was an undergrad.
