For the gamblers on this page, what are your thoughts on this matchup.
I like to jump on spreads less than 3, so I took USC. Almost hit with my Vandy ML pick last week against ND, but 3 bad drops cost them a chance to win.
Does USC respond well after that UGA beating and a cancelled game?

That's a good question. They should be ready to get back out there, but they sometimes seem too jacked up at the beginning of games. I hate playing Vandy. It's a no-win situation.

Not a spread I would mess with. Vegas could have opened this game at 3 and see similar action volume wise on SC.

Really wish we had had a chance vs Marshall to pick ourselves off the dust before heading on the road vs a Vandy team that looked damn good @ND.
Between the gap in the levels of CCU vs UGA, would've nice to see how we fared against someone more in the middle like a Marshall.

After watching Vandy do everything but win on the scoreboard versus ND, even as a Gamecock fan, I'd be tempted to take Vandy and the points.

I think you did good. Vandy doesn't suck but USC is better than they are. I see Cocks winning by about 10.

SC is good. UGA made them quit, but that is a solid team.

A week ago today, South Carolina canceled its game with Marshall because of Florence. The week before, the Gamecocks got bitchslapped by Georgia. In a game that the media hyped as a true test for UGA, South Carolina got dominated. Their fans emptied their stadium in the 3rd quarter.
South Carolina doesn't have an excuse if they lose. They've had 10 days to prepare for us. They've had two weeks to heal physical and mental wounds. They've gotten to scout a game we had against an opponent built in their likeness. They've had two weeks to fix what went wrong against Georgia.
We won't see the same team Georgia faced. And more significantly, we're not Georgia. Las Vegas says the line is 2.5. They haven't gotten a Vanderbilt line right this year. I hope we continue on the good side of that equation.

SC has had a lot of wind taken out of their sails.
I think Vandy might win this game outright. Wouldn't bet this game though
