Bowens?

Was there an update on his injury I missed? Looked like he was down bad there.
Friend told me today that only 2 5-star QBs during the modern rating system have won national championships. His source was Twitter but has me thinking...

Lawrence, Young.. anyone else?

I know one kid with no stars and two rings
Agreed - i've largely (but not really) stopped following recruiting for this reason. Particularly QB recruits.

Eason, Vandagriff, Fields all examples of 5 stars that weren't worth s***. I'll recognize Fields as a talent, but also a locker room cancer, "me" guy. Love watching his abysmal NFL career.
He'll regret the decision after losing 8 games his first year with an average at-home attendance of 37k (20k from opposing team).

They are a fluke. Anyone who lacks melanin and has a full limb covered in tattoos should not play QB at the University of Georgia. F that kid

Vandy/SC (USC -2.5)

For the gamblers on this page, what are your thoughts on this matchup.

I like to jump on spreads less than 3, so I took USC. Almost hit with my Vandy ML pick last week against ND, but 3 bad drops cost them a chance to win.

Does USC respond well after that UGA beating and a cancelled game?
18:35 has a pretty similar play to what OP was talking about.

I have money on Vandy ML. I think they match up well, and I just have a feeling that Vandy players will feel comfortable at South Bend.
1) Black Women in crappy cars
1b) Young White Women in any car
If his name is ever released, he should be very scared..

I have played it at the lake/beach plenty of times. It's fun as shite if you have a good partner and if you're not afraid to sprain your AC joint diving all over the floor.
Highly doubt it was a crackhead. Probably just another student as it was inside of an apartment complex, and I dont think a crackhead could make that clean of a get-a-way with no car. My roommate had a bunch of stuff taken from his car in an apartment complex in athens too, and it turned out to be a guy and his girlfriend (student's). Didn't look the part either.
Yup. Best thing that can happen to Baker. We all know the kid that Chubb is. IT's a blessing that he should take advantage of. But my gut is telling me that he wont.

You stick it on the back of your phone. It "pops" out and gives you something to place between your fingers when you hold it to keep you from dropping your phone.

Roquan..

Everytime I see him name I get a little sad inside. God damn that kid was good and will be missed. My favorite defensive player since Rennie.

Plus, he has the coolest f'ing first name in the game. Definitely naming my future Dobermann Roquan.

re: Chigbu maybe getting processed

I remember Chigbu had high marks coming into his first year at Georgia. People were raving about his athleticism in high school.
He's a classic Highland Park, SMU douche IMO.

But hes also a pro golfer and I'm not so not much room for me to speak haha.
I've never hit with one-length irons or seen anyone use them, but originally I thought the idea was pretty interesting. I could definitely see the benefit of only having one ball position, stance width etc, but I bet you're right that you lose distance.

I am sure you can find a demo set at a shop or course somewhere and try it out. But it also may be a matter of ball position and distance from the ball with your lower irons.

Damn Im getting a hard-on for the Masters now.
Spying on Kerby's 'O' Long Johnson'

youtube that one.
Basically, ya. Most putters come with a standard loft around 3 degrees (I think - not a pro, just an avid player/fan). If he leads his stroke with his hands, this will effectively decrease the loft (ex: 3 degree putter face, but presenting at -1 degrees since his hands in front) and cause him to hit down on the ball. When you see the ball bounce a little bit when its hit, this is usually what happens.

So he bought a new putter/bent the face a little to have a higher degree so that his new stroke will effectively present 0 degree loft.

Now I really want to get out and hit some balls lol.
Everyone has a natural putting stroke. Some people play their hands more forward in the putting stroke which decreases effective loft of the club. Adding loft in this situtation, assuming Bubba has a forward press with his hands at impact so this will, in theory, create a "purer" roll.
Fox will be gone next year.

Also hearing that Auburn is seriously considering cutting ties with Pearl this off season, but take that with a grain of salt.
