How about Joe Moorhead's comments during half time to the radio show?

He said it's not his job to shut our offense down, we will score all we can.

I enjoyed the foot to the floor pressure all game. Let me know what y'all think!

It's also not mentioned much on here on exactly how difficult it is to prepare for a new head coach from another league.

State is in for one hell of a season.

He's somewhat right. At a certain point though, you are just embarrassing the other team for no reason.

We pretty much shut it down in the 4th quarter. Could have scored 70 if we really wanted to.

I do like giving the backups the chance to actually run the offense though.

Says that while putting 2nd string, then 3rd string, then 4th string players in. Great to get them experience.

Still had a walk-on QB throwing 25 yard passes. It was a reference to playcalls moreso than personnel it seems.

It was good to get him some action and let him do something besides hand the ball off. I’m guessing beyond the 4 game redshirt max he is the #3 QB. Might even be #3 ahead of Mayden in a tight game inside those 4 games.

this post comes from the same fanbase that pissed and moaned about unsportsmanlike conduct and running the score up when Ole Miss hung 70, 76, and then 45 on Bama in the first 3 games of 2015... irony aye?

Yeah but y’all still had your starting QB in those first two games. We were down to our 4th string walk-on that was throwing 25 yd passes.

No issues once the starters are pulled, the backups work just as hard and deserve their moment in the sun.

If they cant stop the 4th string QB then that is their problem and it is not running up the score in my book.
