anyone living near the gulf should probably pay attention to this storm thats forming in the caribbean right now. its going to at least be a tropical storm and is entering the gulf by tomorrow. the OT thread is usually a good place to monitor these things as they have some posters who know their shite who post frequent updates

I like central texas. I have family in Waco, Killeen and, Austin. I personally thought about moving to Basdrop. As far a scenary central looks more like Texas. East/Southeast Texas looks like the rest of the Southeast.

How do you define "like Texas"? If anything West Texas looks more "like Texas" as outsiders picture it while we ride our horse to work.

He’s saying you rat fricks in Houston are basically swamp trash. Let’s be real here Davy Crockett passed right through the gulf and Houston and got to San Antone’ quick fast and in a hurry. Houston is named after a guy who had no interest in living there.....ever. Sam Houston retired in Huntsville. Houston’s short lived tenure as the capital of the Republic of Texas was shot in the head when the entire government decided they hated the place so much they packed up overnight and moved to Austin.
