Yes he wanted to be a lawyer because that was his dream as a kid to bring a briefcase to work.

LSU loss to UAB in 2000 comes to mind. We finally succumbed to our wounds from the first Troy game in 2008 when we lost last year. The UAB loss in 2000 was our homecoming game in Saban’s first year. That one would have trolls from all schools decending on us for good reason. I don’t know how impactful it would have been considering we weren’t that good then just yet and people didn’t think of us then like they did years later.

62-17 Loss to LSU after going up early by a couple of touchdowns earlier when Archie was playing with a cast. He had been out after the arm break until that game. Was looking pretty good in the 1st quarter.

ETA- Casanova pretty much won it himself after that. Was a beast. At the floor by my Grandfather’s recliner watching as an optimistic youngster.

Losing a national championship at the hands of LSU in the 1966 Cotton Bowl would have been a nightmare experience for Arkansas' fanbase

I wish I'd been on here for 1/9. That must've been a complete shitstorm.

I would have love to read the rant in 1998 when the undefeated Arkansas quarterback fumbled the ball in the rain against undefeated tennessee with a couple of minutes left. If he didn’t fumble Arkansas wins and Tennessee doesn’t win the championship that year.

2000 #1 OU saves their undefeated season thanks to a Torrance Marshall INT in College Station.

2001 #3 OU with a basic 31-10 win over Aggies.

2002 Texas A&M upsets #1 OU in College Station, 30-26 behind freshman thriller Reggie McNeal.

2003 #1 OU dominates TAMU, 77-0.

2004 #2 OU wins thriller in CS, 42-35.

Besidea 2003, the other games were very interesting that could have gone either way.

Not my team but wish the rant was around for that game.

The 1996 Bama and L7u game where Shaun Alexander ran it down the throat of L7u in the second half.

1996 #10 Alabama vs. #11 LSU Highlights

That was the first Bama game where I hated y’all lol. Shaun Alexander is still running down field.

No game, but February 2002 when Bama was put on probation for the Albert Means stuff. Every other sports site was basically unreadable. I couldn’t possibly imagine the walk of shame posters would have made Bama fans endure

Also Fran leaving and Mike Price hiring/firing.
