I mean if he's not been found guilty of anything or admitted guilt to anything, I don't know why you should assume differently. This isn't the NFL.

Yes. Still with team. I love our new policy of not throwing these kids out with the trash anytime there is an issue.
Under the old regime, the opposite policy led to us having a thug reputation which was undeserved. Not to mention that kicking a few kids off unnecessarily every year is how you end up with less than 70 kids on scholarship. Brighter days!

I mean, if he did this, I think we should probably kick him off the team. I just think we should see how the legal situation plays out, then go from there.

Alleged to have filmed himself having sex in his dorm without the girls knowledge and shared it with other people. Girl found out, asked him to delete it, he didn’t, and here we are

It's illegal to film someone without their knowledge. Then showing it to others is even worse. If sex was the only thing that happened, you might have a point.

Looks like it's actually only a misdemeanor in GA. I take back the prison part and change it to kicked out of school.

Did you not read the thread? I said "if he did indeed do this". At that point it's not alleged.

Don't care to argue this because I doubt we will agree.
In most circumstances I believe kicking kids out is the worst thing you can do to them and the worst thing a school can do for its own PR/reputation.
