I can't watch more than 2 minutes of a Churd Morris presser. The way he just speed rambles takes me out of it almost immediately. I don't dislike the guy and I am somewhat excited about the future but can't do it.

I guess it doesn’t bother me that much, because he is better than a fat blowhard trying to talk about player safety as a means to not knowing how to defend something.

He sounds like a sped up George Dubya but that's not a bad thing if it helps us with Texas croots. He's actually not that bad when he's breaking down film. He's probably more comfortable in the film room or with a headset on vs. when he is in front of a camera or behind a podium.

Yeah, that wasn't what I was trying to convey. I don't think he is talking nonsense or anything. He seems like a meat bag of compressed energy and it's leaking out constantly and he's always a threat to explode and ruin everybody's clothes for the evening.

This. And after years of Bert saying "we're so close" and "I can see where we're gonna be, and we're gonna be there real soon", it's refreshing to hear this guy say our QBs kinda suck when our QBs kinda suck, and that we have no depth on the lines when we have no depth on the lines.

I don't think he's a blowhard either, but I'm really starting to have my doubts regarding the overall situation/hire.
We'll know by the end of year one if he can recruit or not, and thus far not going well. Considering that's basically his entire platform I'm getting uneasy.
Hopefully he can start gaining some steam b/c we can't have another terrible class or we're gonna be completely screwed for awhile

It's mid-April so I'm not too concerned right now.
Prospects are able to now take official visits between April and June with the recent rule change, so if our commit list doesn't look better by summer, I'll start to get worried.
