Same thing goes for Alabama and Mississippi. Unfortunately that puts Memphis in Mississippi and Mississippi says they don’t want it.

I also petitioned the annexation of Memphis to Arkansas, they weren't interested either.

Georgia is trying to screw Alabama over water also. Think Florida is in a spat with them as well.

Yeah there has been a couple lawsuits from Alabama as well as lower Georgia cities and counties over Atlanta draining the Chattahoochee.

Actually it was. Just a math professor instead of a surveyor doing the work that didn’t know what he was doing.
