How are your brackets so far?

We interrupt your regularly scheduled salt-posting for a thread of relevant substance.
I made the mistake of putting too much stock in the ACC and missed on Seton Hall. Almost got my Gonzaga upset but they pulled it out. Luckily those were my only two misses today so far. I've got Zona, Michigan, Bama, and Florida in the remaining games. How's everyone else doing?

I need AZ, MI, FL and VT to win and I'm 16 for 16 in my main bracket.
A bit worried though.

Once VA lost their 6th man, who they made out to be their best player, I had AZ beating them.

Suffice to say I will not be getting $1,000,000,000 from Warren Buffett until 2019 at the earliest.

Missed 3 games.. Thankfully I had those teams losing the 2nd round.

With a Michigan win I am 14-2, Sweet 16 still intact.
That means tomorrow will be a massive upset day and I pray we survive. Anytime I do good on day 1, day 2 wrecks it all.

AZ loss killed me. I didn't have them going too far (Sweet 16), but broke the streak for today. I picked the Miami upset as well.
However, after the first round is when my brackets always fall apart.
I'm always curious what people use as a picking strategy. I like to look at end of year trends (i.e. OU ended the year on a very sour note, so I had them going out early, but Kentucky ended the year on a hot streak, so I would have normally picked them to go further than I did this time around).

I lost 4, but the 4 I lost, I didn't have them advancing past the 2nd round.
It actually helps some of my later picks.

quote:Ditto for me. Need to make up some ground today. Best in my Bracket group is 15 for 16....but his one loss was Arizona who he had going to the Final Four....a bunch of others at 14 and 13...

I haven't gotten anything wrong. Of course, I haven't filled out a bracket since the late 90's, so there's that....

I whiffed on the Aggies. Thought Providence would be too much. Didn't have them past the 2nd round though so no biggie.
