Why Don't They Make Auburn Go To The East ?

We're 732 road miles from Auburn. We're over near Iowa, and Nebraska ... not Georgia. Know your place Auburn, its in the East !
Oh yes, one more thing.. the SEC offices should be in a fair minded place, lets say St Louis, lets say Columbia MO!

Why are you bringing this up again? Don't stir them up, they'll run with it.

So you want to play Iowa and Nebraska? Move back to the Big 10 or wherever you came from. We'll just add back Sewannee

Because Columbia, MO is the coldest SEC school when it comes to baseball season and Auburn is only about 100 miles from Hoover.
DuH!

Because geography is hard. Needs to happen, and go to 1 more conference game.

Not fair to Auburn. Vandy owns us

Auburn should be asking for this annually.
Would mean trips to Atlanta maybe 2 out of every 3 years, and they’ve shown they can beat Bama when they get there.

They give up the iron bowl they can probably have a better chance.

We could give up the regular season Iron Bowl, it would be played in Atlanta every year.

Because Bama doesn't want us to.
And as long as the rest of the SEC outside of Auburn step-and-fetch at Bama's beck and call as they always have, Auburn will still not go to the East.

Don't bring them over there. They smell awful. You guys are at least normal.

I'd be fine with putting Auburn in the Middle East.

I'm pretty sure UGA has beaten Auburn 10 of the last 12 times they played.
edit: In other words, for those slow on the uptake, you wouldn't make it to Atlanta any more often.

Move 10RC to the West and the cow college to the east. Move Mizzou back to the Big 12.

Auburn would win the east about as much as they win the west. They have a habit of blowing games they should win once in a while. With UF and UGA, that will cost them in the east.

SEC would never give up an annual Iron Bowl.
Besides, Auburn is usually one of the most fun games on our schedule so for selfish reasons, I'd kind of hate to see them go East.

Not likely Sport. Former Commissioner Slive begged us to join the SEC. Seems he thought the Flynn Effect ( look it up )might improve the image of the conference !
We're having a bake sale next Tuesday at Ellis Library in order to raise funds for a SEC League Offices To Columbia protest. Would you care to contribute ?

Don't wish that on us. I can only handle so many losses.

If would make sense but they're too afraid to play UGA, Florida, and Bama each year.
