Famous one hit wonders of the SEC

I got to thinking about players that had one strong game that helped the team win a game and then faded into obscurity.
Jeremy Johnson comes to mind. One great half against Arkansas and we pump him for the heisman only to find that he was a terrible quarterback.
I recall mostly Auburn players for obvious reasons, but maybe you guys can think of some players who had a "one hit wonder" for your team. Here are some I remember.
Fred Tally - Arkansas - I had never heard of the guy only to watch him run for 220 yd and kick our arse....at home. Never heard much about him before or since.
Demontray Carter - Auburn - Never really showed up until the Georgia game in Sanford stadium when he ran for about 170 yds and we blew them out in 97.
Philip Pate- Auburn - 3rd string unsung linebacker to played due to injury against #1 Florida in 2001. We were a 21 point dog, and beat them largely because Pate played his arse off. Had a pick and several key tackles. Never heard from him again.

Ryan Perrilloux, started SECCG, named MVP, kicked off the team the following summer, transferred to Jacksonville St, stuck around with the Giants for a couple years. I will say, he did seem to get his shite together and graduated from college, but he turned what should have been a NC contending team into an 8-5 team.
Cecil Collins. Led the NCAA in rushing early in 1997. Broke his leg against Vandy. Before the start of the 1998 season he was kicked off for several arrests. Went to McNeese, kicked off after a couple games for weed. Drafted by Miami, started, got hurt, arrested again for burglary, went to prison and was just released a couple years ago.

For UGA Michael Johnson comes to mind. His "one hit" was 02 of course and helped us win as mentioned in the OP, but he followed it up in 03 with another breakout performance, although it was a blowout so it didn't necessarily win us the game.
Michael Johnson finished his career with 62 catches, less than 1000 yards, and 4 touchdowns. He did however have a way with auburn, especially in 02 when terrence edwards, reggie brown, and damien gary were all injured.
02- 13 catches, 141 yards, GW TD with a minute left to win the east
03- 5 cathces, 91 yards, 1 TD
30% of the catches, 27% of the yards, and 50% of the touchdowns in his entire career came against Auburn

Brandon Harris. "6 Heismans". Had a huge 2nd half against Moo St. where Prescott had dominated us.

Bryce Brown.
Funny thing is he did the exact same thing in the NFL too.

Talley embarrassed more than just Auburn. I believe he had close to 3000 career yards in the SEC.

I feel like most of these "one hits" had their "one hit" against Arkansas
I can't count the number of times they introduce some backup at the beginning of the game and I think "OK we've got this" only for him to dominate the game

How bout Jordan Jefferson? Had a great game against Georgia Tech in the 09 Peach Bowl as a freshman. Showed so much promise, but we all know how that turned out.
