If you count 1942 then Auburn can count 1913, or 1983. There's no point in trying to compare non major poll awarded NCs.

Hardly. Your school doesn't even recognize those.
Dude, if you want to go by that NCAA you guys have been passing around, it has 5 titles listed for Auburn and six for Georgia, so I don't really think you want to go that route.

Two, and you can't just arbitrarily add to Auburn's total and subtract from georgia's. I'm afraid that isn't how it works.

lol at thinking "school claims it" is a good argument.

You think that was the first time he was in trouble?
Are you conveniently forgetting this?

However, Matthews was arrested by UGA Police in March, along with three other Georgia football players, and charged with misdemeanor theft by deception for allegedly double-dipping school-issued financial-aid checks by cashing them twice.

It's not about the number. It's about when you got them.

What do you want, man? You want to claim titles that Auburn doesn't even recognize?
Most reasonable fans and sports pundits recognize Georgia's titles. I'm sorry it doesn't fit with your narrative, but that is the way it is.

Nice try, but you don't get to decide. there are way too many more qualified people that do that.

Ok. Explain how it is different. This should be interesting

Losing a NC game is a lot worse than losing an SECCC. I should know. Auburn has done both.

No. I'm pretty sure they have no expiration dates on them. Or...if they do, mind telling us what the expiration date is? how long do you have until a national Title no longer exists?

And yet, had you won the SECCG, you would have made the playoffs and had a shot at the title.

Uh yeah, but losing a NC is more heart breaking. There is zero question about it.

Out of curiosity....who is the guy on the left hand side of the picture, looking around Cam's right shoulder? Did he just happen to be there, or is he an important person for Auburn?

Our lose was eased by the win a few years earlier.

Just like this year's loss was eased by the win a few years earlier.

Well, when you were not even expecting to win the SEC, it takes a lot of the sting out of it, I guess. I'm not sure what to tell you. I was genuinely disappointed about losing the National Championship. Who wouldn't be. but most were far from crushed. We went much farther than we though for the year.

The way you guys have started threads this past week, I would say y'all were bothered by the SECCG much worse than we were about the NC. No troll. That's what it seems.

Crap it wasn't just Georgia fans that noticed it. Several people from several fan bases were laughing about it.

It clearly says Tray got kicked off for the disruption. Apparently the Georgia officials didn’t seem to think that these players that were charged with misdemeanor theft was a big deal if it didn’t get them kicked off. Am I right?
