I think Morris could be a good hire. He just needs to recruit well across-the-board because he will compete in a division with teams who do recruit topnotch players.

he's a Christian guy and so that's why he said that about their spiritual side and doing things in the community it being "a whole person kind of thing" not just about football. it's no different than I would tell my teams that I recruited, you are either all in...that's for all our projects and everything and see where the greatness comes when we pull together. he's wanting them to be better men, because he knows that'll make them better players and a better team...not renegades.
