Victim Protection Order (essentially a restraining order in Oklahoma from what I can tell) was issued against Rodney Anderson today. Has a hearing December 18th. Guy has 960 yards and 11 touchdowns on 162 carries, averaging 5.9 yards per carry.

I think the implication here is that if he hit a woman he should be kicked off the team, not that an RO was filed. The question is why the RO was filed.
