That award is a joke. Bama won it in 15 and was a finalist last year too.

Auburn will win it.

People just assume we have an elite OL every year. Look no further than the rant who always say our RBs are overrated because our OL is supposedly so extremely good.

Our line is better than most of you give them credit for. SEC defensive lines are made up of monsters and they are hard to block. Our guys have played about as well as any other unit in the conference. Pass blocking isn't near as bad as you guys make it out to be because the biggest issue is our quarterback holding the ball instead of throwing it in a reasonable amount of time.

We seems to be fine with Pendry and Stoutland when the DL in the sec were real monsters. No one has the DL like the sec had when Bama first started this run.

Barn has used 7 different lineups on the OL this season.

I commend their staff for benching/promoting players accordingly.

Bama has gotten soft in this regard IMO.

Our offensive line is above average nationally, but it's certainly note elite or Top 3.

3/5 of our line is good. That's the issue.

One of those is out of position (JW) so only 2/5 is an ideal situation.

JW will likely move back to rt, or play c next season, and the entire line will be better for it.

LT leather. C JW. RT. Wills

Well of course we were better under those two coaches. Those guys were top notch teachers and coaches. My point is that by reading this board you would think we had one of the worst lines in the SEC. Our line needs better coaching and Saban seems to have forgotten that you can play true freshmen at tackle especially when they are grown arse men like Leatherwood and Wills. It is still a pretty good line though.

Will our offensive line be better next year if we roll out.........

LT - Williams
LG - Willis
C - Kennedy
RG - Womack
RT - Leatherwood

Or will we find new ways to be hit and miss?

Doesn’t matter who we roll out there at OL if we don’t make defenses play honest and respect our passing game.

The only thing summer is that Wills has insisted since even when being recruited that he is a tackle and hasn't been receptive to playing guard. shite needs to be figured out because we absolutely need Williams, Wills and Leatherwood on the field together and they all can't be tackles.

Emil Ekiyor may step up too. His film is very impressive.

Jonah Williams at C or RT is the only way this line will reach it's potential.

We also need for someone to locate and destroy the incriminating photos cotton has on Saban.

Leather, Brown, JW, Womack, Wills would be my first picks assuming Brown gets his weight under control. Staff believes Brown could be dominant if he would get his weight managed.

Hard to see a TF playing C, but if he could then the line gets real nasty.

Leather, Wills, Ekiyor, Womack, JW

This may could rival '12 talent wise
