I'm in full on lobby mode for this guy. Just take a look at this clip of when he became Syracuse's HC - https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=RIh-d_KnwvQ
He has a preacher/Houston Nuttesque rah-rah about him, but he's backed it up on the field and that's the kind of attitude young men will gravitate to. He brings the fire we need after 5 years of Bert's laid back CEO approach.
Texas ties - check.
Charismatic recruiter who has worked all over the country - check.
Proven HC - check
Attainable - check
He could be the Nolan Richardson of Arkansas' football program. He runs the HUNH on steroids.

He could be a big time coach. He has won a few games this year. He did lose to lsu, and then beat Clemson. We could do worse.

I think the poster explained him/herself by saying that he tries to win games by tempoing people to death. Like Nolan.
