NWA got 4 out of the 5 biggest towns in our metropolitan area on the list. They left off Bentonville, probably because:

Magazine policies ensure that the list includes a true cross section of places in the U.S. Among those policies is that no state can have more than four cities in the Top 100 and no county can have more than two cities in the Top 100.

Nope. My town doesn't fit within parameters.

I'll agree with Fayetteville. It's a kinda quiet, but nice. Though I've been to several places on that list, Especially in Colorado, and there's some boring arse towns on it.

Well well well...I'm not in the list. So close though

There's so many parameters that it's pretty sad if you meet the requirements and you're not on the list

Spent a significant part of my childhood in Pelham by Oak Mt State Park. A lot of meh but certainly not terrible. Lived in Broomfield, CO as well. While a nice suburb, I can't help but think of it like the intro song to Weeds.

Nope, doesn't look like Selma made the list. List is sheet.

I lived in the #51 and #54 areas in Oakland County in Michigan. Pretty snooty place.
I have worked in probably 20 of the cities on the list. Bozeman being on here is a joke.

quote:Can't believe they put Pelham on that list. Oak Mt is great but Pelham is a dump. There are literally a dozen towns around Birmingham better than Pelham. Mountain Brook is 20x better than Pelham.
Pelham by Oak Mt State Park.

As soon as I get my shite packed, and some stuff sold, I will be moving to #47.
Though I would prefer to stay here.

I like NW Arkansas. It is a nice area for sure. shoutout to OB, and Hernando for being so nice. And Memphis for being so awful.

I work in Franklin. Own about 20 minutes away in Davidson County. Would like to build in Spring Hill TN (south of Franklin) if I can get my wife on board with the country idea.
