You're thinking of MemphisPlaya but I don't think he has ever attended college anywhere. He did try to convince the rant that he was a trainer for LSU once.

Only way state has a shot is if LSU offense is abysmal. Dave aranda just doesn't give up a lot points. State would need to win a 17-10 type of game. I fully expect Canada offense to come out prepared and play well 31-17 Tigers.

Everybody has RBs it's the SEC not CUSA. Only Ole Miss, Kentucky and Vandy haven't consistently had good RBs. Everybody else has always had good backs. That's going back like 30 years. Spouting off how great your RBs are impresses me none. What's your QB history like?

Just your average SEC backs.

I'm sorry, are those latter two playing in the game this Saturday? I may have overlooked it. Guice is awesome, but bringing up players that have zero impact on this game is dumb.

I think it's a close game for 3.5 quarters when LSU gets a couple of late scores to cover after wearing down State's defense. I see a 24-10 type of game in favor of the Tigers. I just don't see my Dogs being able to put up many points.

Fournette is gone he can't help you Saturday and I have news for you that you won't like. Nobody is scared of Derrius Guice. Nobody in Maroon & White at least.

The point that you and Dixon don't get is that LSU always has better RBs than most of the SEC.

No no, I get it. You have SUPREMELY talented athletes on both sides of the ball. But the truth is, LSU has underachieved given all of that talent. Talent alone is enough to get you by teams like State, but it's not enough for y'all to win the big games anymore.

A team consisting of:

NFL QB: Mettenberger
NFL RB: J. Hill
NFL RB: A. Blue
NFL WR: J. Landry
NFL WR: O. Beckham

Those STUDS that were on the same roster. So looking at that, and by your logic saying that LSU has better RB's historically than the rest of the SEC (fact), then LSU historically underachieves on that side of the ball more than any team in the country.

LSU offense is like A&M, you see it and looks intimidating... It should be a giant... But the bark is worse than the bite.

Embrace your 9 win season - I would kill for one.

No I get that and I totally agree with it but Guice isn't going to be the reason y'all win if you do. It'll be because Etling has a great game passing the ball and because your defense doesn't let MSU score more than 3 tds.

The only way State wins is if they get to Etling and pressure him regularly. He has shown to not perform well under pressure. If this happens then it will be a close game.

If our OL can give him a little time to make a few plays State is screwed and loses by 10+.

I see you made a smart, educated opinion on Guice.

I think he is at least as good as the version of Leonard Fournette with a sprained ankle who ran all over you last year.
