Louisville had the 9th best defense in the country last year and currently have the 78th best one this year. State had the 109th best defense last year and currently have the 11th best one this year. Peter Sirmon is a fricking joke as a DC. We fired him after one season. Louisville has the 121st ranked passing defense this year. State has the 4th best in the country. Y'all better hope Guice is as good as Fornette was vs MSU.

I don't need to hope Guice can ball out VS a Grantham defense.
He did last year. You are holding up our DC's past achievement while ignoring that we dicked all over them in a bowl game. Etling threw for over 200 and 2 TD Guice ran for over 100 and had a TD and over 5 yards a carry. you're probably as good as Louisville's defense last year. Which wasn't good.

We pretty much did what we wanted against Louisville in our bowl game LY. I think LSU overall has a better team than last year. Guice, Williams, Brossette, and Clyde the glide are very good RBs. Etling is playing much better this year. Aranda will have several ways to stop your QB and run game. Stop your run game and it's over. This is going to be a fun game to watch.
