Does;t look like there is any real leadership in key positions. A leader or two will rise up on both sides of the ball before long.

Everyone talks about Phan and his alters but I don't think I've ever seen a post by phan on his actual account.
How long have you been around? It's been at least a couple of years since he last used a name with some version of Phan in it but have no doubt this is Phan. The writing style is exactly the same and the name fits his most recent pattern of thebest1, thegreatest1, etc - all of which were banned and had their posts deleted within a couple of hours. You'll also note he doesn't even try to deny its him. Early on he'd act shocked that he was suspected of being an alter. Now he just rides the alter until it gets nuked.

if Bama goes 9-3 then it's a rebuilding year..

It never will be is the thing. I bet he was pissed ND got 14 on y'all in the NC. Sucks for him but awesome for y'all.
At the end of the day y'all beat the #3 team by 3 scores. And you think AU keeps it within one score @Bama last week? Idk but when is the last time they played you within 8pts, 2013?
No one feels better right now. Yes y'all will probably drop one, no one knows when it's coming. Y'all will make the playoff that's all that matters. Outside of Sabans first year y'all make the playoffs every single season other than 2010. Even if it's us that beats y'all I'm planning on having to do it twice.

If saban's bama team won the super bowl by fifty, Saban wouldn't be happy.

Too early to say any of that bull shite when they are 2-0 and playing through some injuries with youngsters. Probably should wait until october at least before throwing anyome in front of a firing squad.

OP has 1 or 2 points. Bama is still aabove and beyond what everyone wants to be on a yearly basis. However, they are missing that alpha dog on the defensive side. They arent as nasty as the past couple defenses. But they are still a top 5 defense. That play where the FSU player slung Tony Brown like a paperclip? Ashawn Robinson, Ryan Anderson or Reuben Foster would have fist slapped the shite outta that guy. Nobody really ran to Browns defense.

It could be a down year and Bama will still go 11-1 with the schedule they have.
Look for 18 to be a reloading year for the Tide.
With at least 5 and maybe 8 players going to jump to the NFL. Then they are going to lose almost their entire defense.
20 significant players from the deep chart will be gone.
Hurts will have to carry the team next year.

U guys can speculate and try to defend all u want, but this BAMA team is WAY behind other BAMA teams that won the NC.

When The Bear thought the end was neigh in the early 70s, he instituted the wishbone. I think Saban should bring back the wishbone.

I totally agree. Married a Bama grad and we live in Daphne. Her dad was a coach and so is her brother so she knows a great deal about football. We went to the game Saturday and after it was over she said the same thing. Obviously Bama has top tier talent and coaching but the offensive and defensive lines did not seem as angry as the previous last 2-3 years. Bama even looked smaller than usual. I'm sure they will win a lot of games like normal but I wholeheartedly agree there is a different vibe about this team. We go to both LSU and Bama games so seeing them play live gives a little different perspective than what you see on TV. It gave me some hope my Tigers might could actually win one up there this year now that Miles is gone.

Qb position is not a strength, kid looks like he's regressing, not improving.
