what's the feeling in Oxford on the COI hearing? You guys still optimistic, or is reality starting to set in?
I know there have to be members of the local media still pumping sunshine, but is there anyone bucking the trend in that regard yet?

Pretty sure we're all just happy it's almost over.

Yup. Ready for it to be over with.

Torturing the Mississippi fans again? Guess you're still pissed about those two losses.

Ya think?

Even after the meeting we won't know anything immediately. We will have to wait another few months to get their verdict.

I still contend that most other SEC schools would have crucified CHF 2 years ago, and would be coming out of probation this year. OM just monumentally mishandled this investigation

I think more leghumpers follow Chuck than Ole Miss fans.

My whole thing about Leo is if he told the truth or not, we still have plenty more infractions to deal with. So no matter if his is thrown out, it's not going to be that much easier. I think alot of people are getting over concerned with him. This is not going to be fun or easy. But at the end of everything, I will still be supporting the "team/players".

But he got his information from a creditable source!

Well said. Especially on the Leo comments. The kid could have lied, he could have told the truth. This whole investigation has a whole lot more to it, other than one rival football player, and Ole Miss fans have put way too much weight on Leo.

He didn't. Some parts were probably true but he's all over the place with his story. It won't matter. NCAA wont let this be another failed endeavor.

The lesson to learn here is not "don't cheat"
Everybody cheats. Nobody denies that.
The lesson to learn is ** Don't get your news and views from an echo chamber that pumps sunshine tinted with your favorite team colors. The rebel media and AD just raped the sensibilities of a trusting fanbase. Not everybody, but a disturbing amount of fans took the bait.
I know I take more than one look at MSU news , from any source, these days
** Right on cue, EXAMPLE A. Skwatch parroting SpiritChuck and Yancy . You can't make this stuff up

Reality is that we can still go to the grove on Saturdays and enjoy football season and MSU can still go to Hell....

Why not? His stuff is hilarious.
It's even more entertaining when rebels come on other boards, like tRant, and spew out the propaganda that Chuck has fed them. Then they all claim to laugh at the guy and never listen to him

Yeah I don't follow or read product of either of the two guys mentioned above. If it is "parroting" then its just by coincidence. Im just looking at it in a practical manner.

Correct me but there's no cross examination of witnesses at this meeting,? And the NCAA is the only side to call witnesses?
