Tennessee Alabama Football Rivalry

I wanted to get a fresh start on this.
The first game was played in 1901 in Birmingham, a 6–6 tie. From 1902 to 1913, Alabama dominated the series, only losing once, and never allowing a touchdown by the Volunteers.
Coach Neyland
Beginning in 1928, the rivalry was scheduled on its "traditional" date. Robert Neyland, Tennessee's coach and namesake of the present Tennesse stadium, began challenging Alabama for their perennial spot on top of the conference standings. It was officially given the name Third Saturday in October in 1939.[7] Both Robert Neyland and Bear Bryant made the rivalry heated during their tenure at Tennessee and Alabama.[8]
Coach Bryant
The Alabama–Tennessee game has been played in three locations: Birmingham, Alabama, Knoxville, Tennessee, and Tuscaloosa, Alabama. In the first four (1901–1908) meetings, the game was held in Birmingham, Alabama. In 1909, the home and home series began, though most of Alabama's home game against Tennessee were played in Birmingham. The teams did play in Tuscaloosa a few times through 1930. The game was not played in Tuscaloosa after 1930 until 1999. Alabama leads the series in all three venues: for games contested in Birmingham, 21–14–6; in Knoxville, 24–20–1; and in Tuscaloosa, 7–4. Alabama won the last game, played on October 15, 2016, 49–10. The meeting will be held October 21, 2017 in Tuscaloosa, it will be the 100th meeting in the series.
Alabama and Tennessee both have 12 shutouts in the series."

Tennessee has more victories against Bammer than any other team: 38-53–7
Auburn: 35–45–1
LSU: 25-51–5
So you LSU fans especially need to shut your sewer mouths.
The only loss worse than the 41-14 loss the Vols put on Bammer in 1995 is the 1998 Arkansas game: Arkansas 42 Alabama 6
1995 Tennessee 41 Alabama 14 (Highlights - Vol Radio Network with John Ward)
But all that aside, we need to keep in mind that Bammer has -three- seasons worth of forfeits and vacated games.
I'd much rather have our record than theirs.

That OP is almost as bad as your prediction last season about UT and Florida.

Meth.....it's hell of a drug...
I mean, it's a true statement. Or are you one of those "New" Bama fans that was a Florida fan until 2009?

I have seen it in two people's signature, but I never said anything remotely like that.

75-31-5 .... ... This aint the first streak I have seen Bama have over the vols. If not meth then maybe it's ptsd from all those beatdowns to cause such memory loss of your on teams facts. We own that arse so much we know your stats better than you do for your own team.
