College Station development is booming folks

Let me tell you. This is turning into a premiere luxury SEC experience with dining, shopping and nightlife opportunities all within walking distance to Kyle Field.
Recent additions along University Drive revolve around the Century Square® complex which includes a neighbors medical center and luxury student living such as 100 Park. Also included are several fitness centers such as Orangetheory®. Dozens of retail spaces for shopping included.
Then we continue on to the restaurant additions there which include but are not limited to...
Blaze Pizza
Star Cinema & Grill
Piada Italian Street Food
Porters
Hopdaddy Burger Bar
Zoe's Kitchen
Mo's Irish Pub
Yum
Next we have luxury lodging options such as
Calvary Court and The George. Each with several bars such as The Canteen and 1791 Whiskey Bar. All within walking distance to Northgate.
The Stella Hotel
Finally we move to campus where the new 8 floor/250 room campus hotel is being built. Complete with a 28,000 sq foot conference center, pool, fitness center, wine bar and food/retail spaces.

That's nice and all, but it doesn't exactly scream Tailgating and pregame experience. That's too commercial imo.

when me and my son were down there last year for the UT game, there were sky cranes everywhere. I told my son that when you see a sky crane, there is some money being spent.
