Chaney's weight is a big negative even though it might not affect his coaching ability. Elite athletes prejudge coaches who are badly out of shape.

I guess that's why Fulmer never had any elite talent at Tennessee, right?

Speculation. An absurd one at that. I've never heard anyone talk about his weight anywhere but here.
