Auburn:
Home---Georgia Southern Eagles
@------Clemson Tigers
Home---Mercer Bears
@------Missouri Tigers
Home---Miss State Bulldogs
Home---Ole Miss Rebels
Nice home schedule during the FIRST 6 games with Georgia Southern, Mercer, Mississippi State and Ole Miss.
@ Clemson will be a great game, I believe, as they are the reigning National Champions and are looking to take it to another recent SEC previous National Champion. You know how the media works in terms of hype and it looks like this one might be a media-"gold-mine" game.
@ Missouri will be the first time since expansion that Auburn has traveled to Columbia. I don't see them putting up much fight though and don't really know if they can even succeed in filling up their stadium. Are there any SEC East fans that have been there that can offer expertise on this topic? Just need to know when spending money on tickets. I don't want to pay too much.
As far as the schedule goes...I think Auburn loses at Clemson ("tragically" in a close game), but wins the rest to be 5-1 in the all-important FIRST 6 games to begin the season.
Please offer your own opinions for your OWN team as well. I am interested in everyone's opinion.
But ONLY for the FIRST 6 games of the season. That is the rule, because College Football is too unpredictable to judge the "whole" season way back in April in my opinion---(the media really needs to learn how to slow down).
Best of luck in 2017 guys!

South Bama- W -good cupcake to start
UT Martin- W
Cal- W -I think we win, I hope we put them in coffins.
Bama-L I dont see us winning this game this year.
Auburn-W- Close game, Rebs pull it out at JH, and get first SEC win of the season
Vandy-W close one as well tho, Vandy always plays us super hard.
ima say 5-1 to start.

Great thread
Very reasonable prediction
5-1 if you fall to Clemsux, 6-0 if you win that game
Will do UGA when I get to desktop

Clemson, Miss State and Ole Miss worry me.
Clemson especially, but both Miss State and Ole Miss would kill to beat Auburn at home early in the season. They feed off of their wins @ Jordan-Hare every single time they manage to do so.
Their ego(s) and false sense of accomplishment is unbearable at times during those particular years.
I mean that in a good way. Mississippi State and their fans can really get on a roll after an early season win against Auburn. Believe me, Auburn fans have had to experience it quite a few times in the past.
They are creatively annoying. But in a "family-member" type of way.

4-2 or 3-3 for Gamecocks
NC State, UK and Arkansas all toss ups - aTm looks tough
I expect to see 2-2 or 1-3 on those 4. The rest should be wins
Edited as I missed aTm on schedule looking on phone

UGA
5-1 or 4-2
Split ND and Tennessee
If we win both, 6-0 and watch out...
Put a gun to my head and I say 5-1
But 6-0 looks possible / realistic

4-2 is a safe bet but I can see 5-1.
A&M has gotten lucky to play us when we're bad, and even then they haven't really kicked our arse other than our first meeting. I can see that one going either way since it's @A&M and playing in front of 100k+ is never an easy task.
Arkansas is a hard one to predict.
The most Carolina thing ever would be to beat A&M and Arkansas and lose to Kentucky. Well, they do have a 3 game win streak on us

We're gonna score some points, but I don't know who we're gonna stop. Getting Skai Moore back will help.

I'm going with somewhere between 2-4 and 5-1
shouldn't have any trouble with MoSt and Awe burn

We are historically awful against the SEC West, even in the Spurrier era. Oddly one exception to that is Bama. It's like crossing into CST warps our minds.

I must say, though, that UGA vs. Notre Dame is absolutely amazing!
It might turn out to be a snooze-fest...but, historically speaking, both of those teams have had some amazing plays, players and entire games in the past.
I love this match-up even if one, or both, teams fall flat this year.
It will be on my television regardless of the results.

Why is LSU playing BYU in Houston again?
I am lost.
