Looking forward to watching the game Monday. Out of town in Augusta all weekend fishing a tournament.
Looks like Malik played well again. Glad to hear it.

What was Stidham's? I was kinda half watching at work. The throws I saw were impressive.

16-20 for 267 yards. He had three drops. He overthrew one fade pattern in the end zone. That was the only "bad" pass he made. Dude throws a tight spiral and is on the money........it doesn't matter if it's a 5 yard throw or a 35 yard throw.

Just saw he didn't throw a TD pass. When do we start calling him Sean White 2.0?

We don't necessarily 'need' him but I'm praying Kyle Davis doesn't get Auburn Athletics'd in the off-season and returns. Him on the field taking coverage off NCM and legit TE targets, and I'll have to be going to costco on Fridays in the fall to load up on lube and towels.

Looks like what The beat writer Vitale(?) post season on twitter for basketball. I bet it came from him

Franklin: 7 targets, 2 catches.

I have to think KD would blossom with Stidham as QB. Him, NCM and Slayton could all have strong years if they stay healthy and on the team

I like this team.
I think historically Gus' perception is that he has to use quite a bit of trickery to win games instead of relying on his talent pool (à la Nick Saban). He's had Top-10 recruiting classes the last 4 years, though. I hope Chip Lindsey can convince him that AU now has the talent to win and Gus doesn't insist on doing stupid things with his game planning.
Again, I like this team.

Don't forget about Noah Iggy too. We don't "need" him but he could contribute too. Can't remember having this much depth at wr in a long time. NCM KD And Slayton can stretch it's with RD Stove Iggy and Hastings working the underneath. That was a he'll of a grab McClain made too. Sooooo many targets for Stidham.
We've come a loong way from one man routes to Darvin Adam's or Emory Blake

The problem with the Top-10 argument is we have finished 3rd, 4th and 5th in the SEC the last 3 years. So based on the recruiting stars talent argument we will only be the 3rd-5th most talented team in the SEC next year. Based on that thinking he will need tricks to win the SEC. Bottom line is JS looks like he might be the real deal. We have won 7 games and 8 games without a QB the last 2 years. I expect JS has the potential to be worth 2-4 games if the Oline is decent.

we're fourth in talent using the 247 four year avg in the SEC

Isn't that what I said?
Assuming JS stays healthy the oline is going to be our concern this season. I hope they figure it out.
