What kind of personality does Will Wade have? Does he bring energy and excitement with his youth?

I felt like Grant was a boring, low key guy that brought zero energy to the program. Grant just wasn't a good fit. Way too many times I wanted to throw my coke at him from the stand to see if he'd get up off his arse and show some emotion during a game.
