He could have just taken money from all programs like a normal 5 star and not be vilified and labeled a snitch the rest of his life. But I guess living with a negative label your whole life in order to hurt another program is as MSU as it gets.

None I guess
Y'all are the last program to get caught paying a recruit and you think a 5* turned down money from at least one other school to come to y'all for free? I mean I know you don't believe that but I had to point out the hypocrisy

What dumbass is saying that? Freeze doesn't go out of his way to praise Saban on not negative recruiting against us if he had one of his own players snitch. Does that actually sound like something Bama or State would do? Gracious.

Immunity is granted after several similar stories are documented by the infractions committee. They then petition the COI to grant immunity in order to gain corroborating testimonies which cement their case.
In this case, stories of OM paying highly ranked players just to visit and even more to commit were corroborated by several athletes who were granted immunity. More than 1 athlete from MSU, a couple from the state of Alabama, and at least 1 from the state of Florida.
In summary: no, the fact that a young man testified to taking money from OM is not proof that he took money to sign with another school. Several players testified that they took what OM was offering and then signed elsewhere.
And finally, don't look for the COI to lessen the blows coming down on the rebels. The COI saw enough to grant immunity in the first place

Would this be a Level III offense, or does the NCAA just let it slide. They probably don't want to pylon.

It's as much fact as a rival player claiming it occurred. There are four players mentioned in the NOA, a current OM player, Leo, Kobe, and Golson. Y'all are doing everything in your power to detract attention from y'all being the main snitches and keep dragging Bo into this but Freeze doesn't go out of his way to praise Saban for not using the NCAA stuff against him if Saban has one of his players snitch.
The theory that state will get punsished because immunity protects the athlete and not the university is also not using logic. This would eliminate future snitches.

Leo didn't snitch. He was asked questions and told the truth. If anybody is a snitch that Ole Miss alumni by the name Tunsil.

Again, immunity is not granted because 1 player told somebody something. It's granted because there are multiple accounts indicating a pattern of cheating. Then, the testimonies of the immune players have to match, not only each other but the previous evidence.

This is the same Freeze who blatantly lied to his last 2 recruiting classes? And the same Freeze who, in regards to this past recruiting cycle, proclaimed " I won't forget the ones who used the investigation against us" The same poor soul who brought this down upon OM because he cant control his mouth?

He's not even in the NOA. When you are having to be given immunity to tell the truth you are a snitch, bitch.

They didn't sit down with Leo, get his testimony, get others to collorbate, report these the COI to get immunity, and then gave the players immunity. I mean do you actually believe that? The NCAA investigated OM for 3 1/2 years and came up with loaner cars. They were given a blessing on draft night, investigated that and came up with nothing. They went to the COI saying we can't get anything if players won't rat on their team so we need to give other players at other schools immunity to make 4 years worth our time. They were given permission to give immunity then they interviewed state players

What does that even mean? Because freeze lied to recruits like everyone does in recruiting that means he would go out of his way to suck off a coach who told one of his players to rat on him? Dude

I think if you illegally take 15 thousand dollars from a program and that 15 thousand dollars is used to take down a program then the 15 thousand dollars should be confiscated as evidence.
