That will change this year.
With LSU's collapse, the SEC is down to Alabama vs UGA. Kids will flock to both as it means a straight shot to the SEC Championship on through to the playoffs. And we will see the cycle lean to UGA due to Bama fatigue.
I believe Nick is shooting for +1 over Bryant and next year may be the best shot. Can't afford a random meltdown to AU anymore.

I found it strange after Clemson and Aubuen being the favorite throughout the process we became the heavy favorite in January. So I was a bit skeptical of Ross actually signing with bama.

With missing on Ross, I've completely soured on the National Championship parade as a recruiting weekend. We missed on almost everyone who attended this year. I hope we consider shifting to a big day on the final weekend before NSD if the class isn't locked up. I think it hurt us this year however it could just be a one year thing.

We as fans can't get upset over Quay (was a rumored flip for a while), Brown (previously committed to aTm so his heart was there), and finally Ross who was a Clemson lean from the start.
