Apparently BleednCrimson02 is the one who's confused. Per BOL and Gigem247, he didn't go.

I think he may have meant once Jimbo got to aTm that he has turned up the heat not meaning Waddle visiting. Just they way he worded it made it sound like Waddle made the trip.

I wasn't even talking about him going to A@M. The Texas A@M poster asked how our side felt. I responded accordingly. Maybe you guys should read the responses.

Ok, gotcha. But given that Waddle was slated to visit ATM, your wording was sort of ambiguous:

...Jimbo has turned the heat up on Waddle since he got to College Station...

Yeah that's what I meant. Sorry for the confusion. I could have worded it better.

Kinda surprised no offer for Moody from home state schools like USCE or Clempson.

No sweat. I misunderstood your post in part due to TideWarrior's reply to your post right below it.

Take all my posts as opinion, I just read the tea leaves.

I still think ITS will be in this class, he just doesn't have the green light to commit right now. The staff is still holding out hope for PS2 and Campbell.

Right now the 99.9% locks for this class are Ross, Waddle and Smith.

Purdy and Moody are the next most likely recruits in this class.

I have a question about Austin Jones, the kicker. Was he committed to FL in '14 and moved on to Temple when Mac flipped Eddy Pineiro? Or am I way wrong here?

Alabama extends an offer to Destrehan RB John Emery

quote:

LSU will face a familiar foe in its pursuit for the state's top 2019 running back prospect, as Destrehan's John Emery reeled in an offer from Alabama on Friday.

Emery, 6 feet, 205 pounds, already has offers from LSU, Florida State, Tennessee, Georgia and many others looking to add this four-star running back to their rosters.

Wide receivers coach and area recruiter Mickey Joseph is leading the recruiting charge for LSU, with an assist from running backs coach and recruiting coordinator Tommie Robinson. Emery is expected to visit LSU during one of its upcoming recruiting weekends.

Michigan is expected to host Emery for a visit in the near future.

LSU signed two running backs in the 2018 class in Florida's Chris Curry and Alabama's Tae Provens and is likely to at least match that number in 2019. The Tigers already have a commitment from Southern Lab running back Tyrion Davis.

Per BOL the reason Moody wasn't offered by top programs and thus not rated higher, may have been because his HS coach wasn't optimistic about his grades outlook. They turned out OK.

Essentially what Hand was, a solid contributor but not a playmaker.
