No offense, but this is a dumb take.
People do things all the time that are a reflection of themselves and nobody else.

I agree with others. Haven't watched the video but if others are just laughing and letting her do it they probably do it as well but were smart enough not to do it on camera.

The last I heard it was looking like ECU with Louisville as a possibility. I will reach out and see what I can find out.

are we having a massive assistant coach turnover because NS was not happy with the recruiting efforts? Thus he seems to be going after a young crowd.

Again I am paraphrasing Suttles but Saban wants youth and energy on the recruiting trail..

Saban is probably tired of having to re-do his coaching staff every year or two and maybe hes not happy with this years recruiting efforts. Lord knows I got bashed for saying that but it seems like hes going for recruiting power

“My cousin goes to the school, Devonta Smith,” Smith said. “He really wants me to come play with him. Him going there, I really didn’t expect him to play (early). Now that I know if you go there and work hard, you’re going to excel. And I know Bama’s going to win championships.”

Top 5 Uncommitted 2018 Recruits in Texas
quote:
National Signing Day is just three weeks away as colleges around the country put in their last efforts to land the nation's top uncommitted recruits. Of the recruits who have not made a decision, a hand full of Texas high school prospects hang in the balance.
Of those, here are the top five recruits that are up for grabs in the Lone Star State:

1. Jaylen Waddle, Wide Receiver, Bellaire Episcopal
National Ranking: 51
State Ranking: 6
Jaylen Waddle is the city of Houston's prized possession, and after a stellar senior season, he has quickly emerged as one of the nation's most prized possessions. In 2017, Waddle accounted for 35 touchdowns (26 receiving, 4 rushing, 3 kick return, 2 punt return) and over 1600 total yards to lead Bellaire Episcopal to a 6-3 record. Despite his size deficiency at 5'9", Waddle was able to jump up with any defensive back to pull down receptions. He may be a lethal slot receiver option for whatever lands the nation's number seven receiver.
As his recruiting nears its latter stages, big names are jumping out at the prized wide out. His top six schools include TCU, Texas, Oregon, Alabama, Florida State, and Texas A&M. Tom Herman, Nick Saban, and Jimbo Fisher have all already made in-home visits with Waddle. Crystal ball predictions give Texas A&M the edge at 56%.

More on Irvin:
These fricking kids.
quote:quote:
Tide just offered Anaheim (Calif.) Servite DB Julius Irvin. Irvin was actually set to announce yesterday. The talk was he was going to commit to USC in the morning, then flipped to Washington in the afternoon but never announced. Notre Dame is involved too so it will be interesting to see if Irvin, who has one visit left, decides to take a trip to see Bama this weekend:

Okay, so this is a huge TIFWIW, but it's out there so I'll share it here.
People close to Patrick Surtain Jr's recruitment think things have swung in our favor and we now lead. One even went so far to call it a "done deal" and that Surtain's father is finally on board.
