how soon do you think the young bucks on the OL will start paying off?

I think we all assume Wilson will contend immediately at RT, if not outright win it in fall camp. Hayes seems to be penciled in for LT but he's not really young.

As far as cleveland, kinley, johnson, thomas, shaffer...what can we expect from those guys this season?

What year of eligibility will Hayes be next year exactly?

Thomas also has a decent shot to start Game 1 imo.

Cleveland needs to get it in gear or he could get buried. Kindley and Netori Johnson are big, talented guys.

Relatively soon. I think Hayes mans one of the tackle spots, likely LT due to his maturity and age. Wilson and Thomas have a good shot at the other; Wilson is a prototypical RT and from his first day will likely be the best one at that spot. Thomas surprised a LOT of people at the USAAA game and if he plays like that throughout his college career, then we might have the best LT we've had in a long, long time. Wynn has a position on lock and if we can get good tackle play from the 3 listed plus Baker, then he'll lock down LG. I also expect Gaillard to keep a pretty tight grip on Center, so that leaves RG open for Sims or one of the young guys. Cleveland has all the intangibles, it's a question of learning the position and getting mean. I think he has the highest ceiling of any of our interior linemen. Netori needs to hit the gym and plyo hard this summer and reshape his body; once he does that then the kid will be SEC ready. Kindly has outperformed most everyone's expectations and, at this point in time, until the other 2 prove they can take the necessary steps to get ready, he'll be the one who really fights Sims for that spot. Shaffer I see redshirting this year.

Wynn, Sims, Gaillard, Kindly, Cleveland, Johnson, Baker, Hayes, Wilson, and Thomas. Take that kind of talent and you should be able to put together a pretty good OL. Might take time for them to gel and the young 'uns to adjust, but that might the most talented group of linemen we've had in a while.

FWIW, for the next 2 seasons, I do think you see a pretty good amount of attrition at the OL as Pittman's guys pass upperclassmen.
