I'll be okay if we win by 1, though for my heart health a more comfortable margin would be nice.

Clemsons defense looked downright incredible against Ohio State and Bamas offense LOOKS to be struggling lately. Although with Bama yall could completely turn it around in a week and look awesome on offense.
But if yall look the same as the Washington game and Watson and the offense can find some ways to put up 30 points then the game might get pretty interesting. I think it comes down to if Clemson can stop Bo late in the game to force Bama to have to throw the ball to keep drives going.
Should be a fun game to watch!

By far their best performance on defense all year (although OSU's offense has been pretty pedestrian except against shite teams, the same can be said for Bama). I'm interested to see if they can continue playing at that level or regress to the season mean.

Historically, how accurate have these proven to be?

Conclusion
Alabama - a lot
Clemson - not a lot

S&P+ is, overall, historically right at their prediction mark. So, a team with a "60% chance to win" wins at roughly 60-65% of the time. Alabama is currently at a 69% chance to win, so I think it's pretty safe to feel like they have a 2 in 3 chance.
I don't know the results for others, though they are usually pretty close to S&P.
Last year S&P predicted the game to be something like a 2-3 point Alabama win.

It will be a close game that won't be decided until late. If Watson doesn't turn the ball over I could see a Clemson win.
