I bet you said the same exact thing when Sabah hired Kiffin. Did use you also say game pass him by and he'd never evolve his offense?

I can't speak for every Bama fan, especially message board posters, but most Bama fans I know were, at best, cautiously optimistic about the hire.

Kiffin didn't run a 14-0 team into the dirt. He could and should have drawn up a better game plan for the Washington game. Anyone who watches that game knows it was a pis poor plan with sloppy play and players showing a lack of discipline.
