The man wants to coach again and he would probably jump at the LSU job. What say you?

Hmm.. idk. His lack of recruiting kinda scares me. But I'd probably take him over Orgeron.

I think LSU fans are more worried about their coordinators these days.

Everyone knows head coach is just a figurehead anyway.

IDK if I would honestly.

CEO has been very outspoken (more than most will credit him) about his failure at Ole Miss. He knows he botched that, diagnosed what the problem was, and says he's fixed it. We'll see.

If he can hire good coordinators, stay out of their way, and recruit and steer the program, he may be everything we want in a Coach. LSU seems more than willing to pay whatever it takes for him to get the best coordinators.

Spurrier went down at and stepped away from a program he had complete control over. I greatly admire what he did in his prime, but part of me feels like OBC would be better suited as a commentator than a coach now.

Spurrier can't recruit in today's game. Or refuses to. Either way.

hell no. We turned him down when he was in his prime so we definitely don't want him now that he's elderly

Would be not only a disaster for us, but the rest of the SEC as well. You think Bama is getting the top talent now? I can only imagine it when Spurrier stopped recruiting LA and all the talent flowed to Bama from the Louisiana and Texas area
